VBMS Reviewer is an independent records-intelligence service built for VA-accredited attorneys, claims agents, and professional disability case teams. It converts large C-files into structured, source-cited review outputs that can be verified and incorporated into an existing case workflow.

A focused veteran-facing review offered through VA Pay Calc. It explains the decision, connects issues to relevant records, and helps prepare questions for an accredited representative.

The professional C-File Review Pack and Workspace serve professional and business users. Veterans reviewing their own decisions use the separate, focused VA Decision & Evidence Review.

How records are handled
Private infrastructure and defined delivery.
VBMS Reviewer uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted records. The precise terms governing collection, processing, retention, and deletion are set out in the Privacy Policy.
- Infrastructure: private AWS infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, monitoring, backup, and incident-response procedures.
- Delivery: completed C-File Review Pack reports are delivered electronically, normally through private report links.
- Report availability: private report links for one-time Review Pack orders expire 30 days after delivery.
- Retention: submitted source files and generated reports are retained only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service, resolve support or delivery issues, and meet legal obligations. Professional Workspace data follows the applicable customer agreement, account settings, and documented deletion process.
